Angel Food Cake








Fluffy Frosting by Naomi Mitchell









Pistachio Marble Cake

1 White or Yellow Cake mix
1 Package Pistachio Pudding
1 C. Water
½ C. Oil
4 eggs
Blend together.  Mix for two minutes.  Pour 1/3 of batter into small bowl add ¼ C. Chocolate syrup and 1 T. unsweetened cocoa -  blend.  Pour batter alternating batters into bunt pan.  350 for 50 minutes.  
Frosting:  Blend – 3 oz pkg pistachio instant pudding – 3 C. powdered sugar – 3 oz softened cream cheese – milk.  





SALAD DRESSING (Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise) CAKE









WHITE CHOCOLATE CAKE
¼ lb white chocolate, melted.                           2 C. Sugar                             1 C. Butter
4 eggs, separated                                               1 C. Buttermilk                  ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda                                            2 ½ C Cake Flour                1 tsp. vanilla
½ C. Flake coconut (optional)                          ½ C. Pecans
 
Cream sugar and butter – add egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each.  Combine with the chocolate and vanilla.  Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.  Do not over beat.  Fold in egg whites – beat until light but not stiff – add nuts and coconut 350 for 30-35 minutes
Frosting – 1 stick butter, 1 small pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened, 1 tsp vanilla, ¼ C. Hot water, 1 ½ Box Powdered sugar , ½ C Nuts, ½ C. Coconut (optional)- mix well.
