Sock-It-To-Me Cake

"Sock-It-To-Me Cake"

I know where I got this one -- from my very good friend, Linda Friars' dad, Richard Watson. He got it somewhere, sometime when he was driving a truck!!! I absolutely love this carmelly-tasting cake! KZ
2/3 C. Wesson Oil
4 Eggs
1 Box Duncan Hines Butter Yellow Cake Mix
1 C. Sour Cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Pour 1/2 of batter in a tube pan.

Mix: 2 tsp. cinnamon 4 tsp. brown sugar. (I actually double this :)

Sprinkle over batter and pour rest of batter on top and bake for 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees.

Glaze -- 1 C. Brown Sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 stick oleo (margarine) 4 T. Cream (Evaporated Milk) Bring to a boil. Punch holes in cake and pour glaze over while warm.

This is VERY moist, VERY good and pretty simple to make. It's caramelly -- no wonder I like it!!!!
