A side note from Andy: Often I scan things and forward them on before looking them
over completely.
But one thing I've noticed in this cookbook is referring to
"Green Mangoes" is actually green bell peppers.
My grandma who is 91, always referred to Green peppers as
mangoes and its something some of us kind of goofed on her a bit. Very
interesting, and as far as I know very historically Midwestern and a fleeting
historical term.
