This information is from Bill Boone, "Old elevator. I think the round thing in the middle is the old Monon water tower. Mr. (Emery) Chase moved it there and used for storage. Lumber yard building middle right (red). (Town - elevated tank) Water tower middle, Climbed it several times. All the way to the top. Held on to the light and slid all the way around. What was I thinking?"
