Jolley Restaurant - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

I’ve attached a picture of an interior view of my great grandfather’s restaurant. The picture shows my great grandfather, Belford Ansel Jolley (1881-1959), standing at the back talking to a customer. I can’t tell you the name of the restaurant or where it was located, but the picture had to have been taken between 1910 and 1930. The 1910 US Census lists his profession as a street car conductor in Indianapolis and the 1930 US Census lists him as the proprietor of a grocery store. The 1920 US Census lists his profession as the proprietor of a restaurant which nails down the time frame. Dan J.
