The YMC Association at Crawfordsville has just closed a contract with Wm. H. Durham, whereby it will be possible to erect a suitable building at once, including a gymnasium, reading rooms, bathrooms, lecture rooms, business rooms and offices. The terms are as follows: Mr. Durham sells a lot 65 x 165 for $16,000 payable in yearly installments of $800 without interest. Mr. Durham will also furnish the necessary money for the erection of the building, charging 6% interest. The work on the new building will be commenced as soon as the weather will permit.
