The WINTER SESSION will open on Monday, 28th October, inst and continute 5 months. In consequence of increased patronage, it has been found necessary to engage additional assistance; The services of Mr. Wm. Rice, a graduate of Hanover College have, therefor, been secured. Mr. Rice, in connexion with the Principal, will give special attention to the English branches, which will hereafter form a distinct Department: and in all the departments, English, Mathematical and Classical, the teachers hope, with God's blessing on their assiduous efforts, to make the school, every way, worthy the confidence and support of the public.

TERMS: The price of Tuition is from $4 to $8 per session, according to the branches taught; the one half to be paid in advance. From this arrangement, there can be no departure. In cases of protracted sickness, an equitable proportion of the money advanced will be refunded. Boarding from $1 to $1.25 per week.
