THEATERS - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Workmen will start today to remodel the room at 129 N Washington St for the use of a new picture show which is to be opened by Fred Mater and Homer Barcus.  A movie theatre will be guilt which will seat 240 persons.  The room will be provided with a good system of ventilation and will be handsomely decorated. The proprietors expect to conduct a five cent show and will not follow the custom of charging an extra admission fee on certain nights in the week.  It is expected that the new room will be ready for the movies by Feb 10.  The proprietors have not yet completed their booking arrangements but it is said they will bring high grade pictures here for display.
