Pleasant View Resort - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Fred Stebbins, who formerly conducted the Shades and is favorably remembered by Crawfordsville people is preparing for a big season at the new resort, Pleasant View, which is located on Sugar Creek, where the Fleischouser dam makes fine boating. Stebbins has installed a naptha launch, many row boast, a floating house and many comfortable cottages have been erected. The old mill has been transformed into a commodious hotel and the resort is expected to received a big patronage this year. - kbz
