Palace Theater - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Owing to his work in Indianapolis (another short piece same paper and page notes that Mrs. JC Shelton went to Fort Harrison to visit her husband Wednesday) JC Shelton has disposed of his interest in the movie show to Major Simms.  Paul Lucas will continue to put the films through, a job which he does very well.  Improvements will be made at the Palace to make it more comfortable and attractive.  Arrangements will be made to use the current from the light company, thus doing away with the engine troubles.  An especially attractive program will be given Saturday night.
