To the subscribers of the New Ross Mail – with this issue ends the existence of the New Ross Mail. After this week old subscribers to the Mail will receive the Press instead. The demise of the Mail is not caused from the stringency in the money panic but as New Ross is now supplied with a perp we have thought it best to discontinue the publication which has for several years been a side edition of the Jamestown Press. Look for the Jamestown Press next week. ---kbz
