The well known foundry firm of Lyle & Smith is no more. Yesterday Mr. Smith sold his half interest to AF Reynolds for a consideration of $6,500. The firm was then Lyle & Reynolds but these gentlemen at one sold a third interest to Al Griest, who has been connected with the establishment for some time. So it is now the firm of Lyle, Reynolds & Griest and they will carry on business at the old stand infusing new life and progress into the already prosperous concern. Mr. Reynolds will still continue his connection in the grain business with BF Crabbs and will keep both irons red hot.
