Kirkpatrick, Ind Jan 4 – The Kirkpatrick Grain Co recently organized by the farmers of this vicinity has purchased the elevator here owned by Malsbary & Co of Darlington. Possession will be taken Jan 20. Harry Davis is president of the new company; Robert Boots treasurer and B. Dicks, secretary. There are 88 stockholders and more names are being added. - kz
