Junction House Hotel - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

J.L. Tomlin, present owner of the Junction House, will appear in Circuit Court Wednesday to tell why he refuses to turn over the property to the Crawfordsville Trust Company which has been appointed receiver. Tomlin purchased the hotel from John Wright, who had bought it from Warner Keefe. Keefe is alleged to have sold it without filing a schedule of his debts. The filing of such a schedule is a provision of the bulk sales law enacted at the last session of the legislature. Tomlin appeared before Judge West Saturday and was given time to show cause for his action   -- kbz
