The very veracious Journal still struggles to get out of the mire into which an exposure of its overcharges carried it. Had the bankrupt the same bull-headitiveness of the average Councilman those exorbitant charges made by the said V.J. would be whittled down ton 1/3 what they are, even if it were less than the legal rate. But as they haven't said combativeness, the exceedingly honorable Journal overcharges and boldly flaunts it out. There is nothing so beautiful as artistic deception and the Journal is an adept -- kbz - goodness :(
