Plant and offices located at 309 W. Pike Street. To manufacture burial caskets that meet with satisfactory approval throughout the country has been the success of the Crawfordsville Casket Co. There are few people who are not familiar with this firm as one of the industrial organizations whose management has been at all times active in promoting the development of the community. Production of good quality caskets has been the fundamental basis of their concern for their wide experience early taught them by making a quality product they would please all. Then they developed a system of production that enables them to maintain the highest quality. We deem it most fitting and proper that we make a special mention of them. We want to aid you in appreciating what an important part it plays in the life of the community.

There has been a general change in the heads of departments at the coffin factory. M.B. Binford who has been actively at the head of the factory, finds it necessary to get out more and will hereafter devote only a part of his time to the management of the establishment and will be succeeded by Clint Crane, for a long time on the road for the company. Charles Marshal, who has been in the office will take the place of Mr. Crane on the road. Mr. Binford will likely travel for the New York Life Insurance Company.
