Billy Carnes, a young carriage trimmer formerly in the employ of Doherty & McClelland is now employed in the mammoth factory of Duffeer Pollard, Ottumwa, Iowa so we learn from a letter received by a friend in this city. Billy is one of Bob Kirk’s graduated mechanics, hence a good workman and his numerous friends will be glad to hear of his prosperity.
