The American Incrustation Preventive Company is being organized by EC Noland, the inventor of the compound.  The capital stock has been placed at $25,000 with share of $25 each. The old company of which DW Yeagley was head, has been merged into it and the Yeagley Factory on East College Street will be used. The stock is said to be already half taken and as the compound is pronounced an excellent one the new company should succeed.

The American Incrustation Preventive Company is the name of a concern that is about to be incorporated.  It will manufacture the boiler incrustation preventive heretofore controlled and a now improved by EC Noland. The capital stock is to be $25,000 of which 10 percent will be paid in.  The stock is already ½ taken and the remainder is nearly all engaged. Each of the following gentlemen have taken 25 shares: DW Yeagley, EC Noland, Lewis McMains, Dr. TJ Griffith, OU Perrin.

The organization of the American Incrustation Preventive Company was completed today, the full amount of capital stock being $25,000 divided into 250 shares of the par value of $100 each. This company is comprised of our most enterprising citizens and The Journal predicts for it a grand success. It will establish and operate a plant near the Junction. Each of the following members have $2,500 stock in the company which will transact business through the US: EC Noland; DW Yeagley; Louis McMains; Dr. TJ Griffith; OU Perrin, Isaac Bever; J Cal Barnhill; IM Wellington; EW Ream; GC Fox.  An election of officers will occur in the near future.


Source: CWJ 21 Sept 1894 p 8 – The stockholders of the American Incrustation Preventive Company held an enthusiastic meeting Tuesday at the law office of OU Perrin. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows: EC Nolan, Pres; OU Perrin, Treasuerer. TJ Griffin, EW REAM, CL Rost, DW Yeagley and GC Fox, directors. The company will commence business at once and The Journal predicts for it a bright and profitable future.
