The new steam flouring mill of John L. Aholtz was started Aug 25 and the first bushel of wheat ever ground and made into flour in Waveland was made that day and those who have used the flour say that it is as good as they ever baked into bread. He has two sets of burrs for wheat and one for corn. From this on he is prepared to grind for toll or exchange. He will also pay the highest market price in cash for good wheat. We bespeak for him a liberal share of patronage. - kbz
