His cousin, Uriah P Smith who lived in Monroe Co, MI was probably a visitor at his home. I am working on genealogy of descendants of these people, and can supply ancestors back to several MD families. Can offer a look up in Frederick Co, MD in exchange for lookup in Wabash.

Looking for Orvil Erwin LAMB (born c. 1899 in Pike County, IN) who married Mary Viola GABBERT (born January 15, 1907 in Gibson County, IN) about 1926, possibly in Wabash County, IN. Her family was from Mt. Carmel and I believe there are still family members there. Mary was the daughter of George William GABBERT and Sarah Elizabeth SEALS. William Henry ROUSEY married Maleatha Ann CROUCH. Maleatha was from Augusta County Virginia. We believe they were in Champaign County Ohio just before going to Missouri with a wagon train and then coming back to Wabash County. They lived in Noble Twp and had two daughters, Lydia and Mary Jane who married Beghtel brothers. The other children were Rilda, Sol Vinus, Wm. Henry Jr, Charles Ellsworth, Sue who married Hugh KRUMLEY and Verd. We know some of them lived in Wabash County and would like very much to find descendants. Maleatha and Wm.
