Union Chapel - Putnam

“Morton” – the new church at Union Chapel is nearing completion and the trustees desiring to sell the old church, will offer it to the highest bidder next Monday Sept 14 at 9 o’clock am.

Note: this was a long-lasting (and may still be going - ot sure) church as in April 1964 the Men's Club met in April the MYF Youth group had a hay ride, etc.

1915 - Horse & Buggy Rides

1941 - pound party -

1950 - Christmas get-together

1957 - Rededication - Rev. WInslow - oversaw it
1966 - Men's Club sponsored a family night
1967 - Showers

1968 - Dorothy & Gale O'Hair - open house at Union Chapel for their 25th anniversary
1973 - Thomas & McGaughey wedding (Aug)
