I am interested in the history of the original German Baptist Church that became the Church of the Brethren, especially as it relates to churches in Jackson Township, Kosciusko County (Pierceton, Sidney, Spring Creek and Eel River congregations). I will read, interpret and translate free of charge into English any old German documents, church or family records from Kosciusko County. I am a professor of German at Ball State University whose ancestors were members of German Baptist congregations near Sidney, IN.
