This building was located where the American Legion building is today
When I first looked at the photo, I thought it was being built. Then, looking closer I noticed there is broken glass in the windows and some are boarded closed, and the building is in a state of disrepair. What I thought were workers on the roof and in the window are in fact young boys, taking a break from mischief, so their photo can be taken.
