of full Commander. Born: 24 April 1927 in Jackson Township, Parke County,
the daughter of Lochel Earl and Mary Pauline Dowen Butler. Died: 27 April
2002. Buried: Memory Garden Cemetery. Per Parke County Sentinel 1 May 2002.
