Early Students with Hack 1900

Early 1900's, Students with Arthur Moore's Horse Drawn Hack in front of school.

I am not sure where Karen found or came by this early picture of this Alamo horse drawn Hack.  But thanks to Andy Rice he found it located on page 16a of Ruth and Harold McCormick's book, "Ripley Township Schools of Montgomery County".  I believe we have other excerpts from this book concerning other Ripley Township Schools.  Because of Andy's researching, the names are listed below:

Back Row, Left to Right:
Wynona Ingersoll, Ruth (Weir) Thompson, Herschell Burk, Eldora (Weir) Titus, Harold Ingersoll, Berniece (Moore) Westfall, Darrell Hamm, Harry Hughes.

Front Row, Left to Right:
Ruth (Burks) Harper, Lulu (Ingersoll) Moore, Helen (Smith) Rusk, Marjory (Krout) ~~~, Beatrice Hughes, Opal (Burk) Miles, Pauline (Hamm) Aldrich.
