Wood, Mabel vs Harry

Mrs. Mabel Wood of Newtown has filed suit for divorce from her husband, Harry W. Wood. She alleges cruel and inhuman treatment as grounds for a divorce. They were married July 15, 1912 and separated Sept 3, 1921. They have two children. She alleges in her complaint that her husband would stay out till after midnight and on returning home would accuse her of entertaining other men in his absence and that his treatment finally became unbearable and she went to the home of her mother. She is now keeping house for Guy Butts in Newtown.
