Irvin Wolfe who was married in Covington the 24th of last Dec to Dorothy Tash who he afterwards learned was but 15 years old last week filed suit in Danville, Ill asking that the marriage bonds be dissolved. Wolfe claims that he was informed of the girl’s tender years two days after their marriage and that he immediately separated from her.
