Rebecca WHITE daughter of Samuel and Jane Stewart White was born in Hardy co W VA July 26, 1798. She was married November 24, 1819 probably in Franklin Co OH to Jacob Huffman or Hoffman son of John and Catherine (Buch; Book; Buck); and grandson of Rudolph Huffman who resided at Hagertown MD and later Washington Co PA Children: Sarah Catherine Huffman born about 1822 married James Williams. (8 others) Sarah Catherine was born in Franklin Co OH 1822 and died Sept 1895. She was married March 5, 1846 to James Williams (1816 - 1883) a son of Isaac Vincent Williams and grandson of Vincent Williams III (1774-1802). They had the following children All born in Fountain County, Indiana. 1. Joseph Harness Williams born Jan 17, 1847 2. Emma Amanda Williams born Aug 2, 1848; died 1900 married Irvin Burkhalter and had son James who married Maude Crum. 3. Mary Josephine Williams born Feb 18, 1850 married James Robert Manning. 4. Rebecca Harness Williams born Feb 22, 1855 died 1906; married Frank Trulliver (1850-1895) had one daughter, Katherine (b 1877). 5. Edwin Isaac Williams born April 25, 1857. 6. Walter Vincent Williams born Dec 23, 1858 died Jan 9, 1922. 7. Jessie Ginerva Williams born Oct 9, 1863 married Francis C. Baird.
