ADMINISTRATOR'S
SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that the
undersigned administrator of the
estate of W. Ralph Sentelle,
deceased, by virtue of an order
of the Fountain Circuit Court of
Indiana, will at The Fountain
Trust Company, Covington, In-
diana, at the hour of 10:00 a.m.
on the 6th day of August, 1993,
and from day to day thereafter
until sold, offer for sale at private
sale the following described real
estate situate in Fountain
County in the State of Indiana,
to-wit:
Lot numbered six (6) in
L.D. Hegg's Addition to
the town, now City, of
Covington, Indiana.
Said sale will be made subject
to the approval of the Fountain
Circuit Court for not less than the
appraised value, for cash and
free from liens except the lien for
taxes which are not yet payable
at the time of sale. An abstract of
title will be furnished and a
reasonable time allowed for
examination.

In the Fountain Circuit Court
of Fountain County, Indiana.
Notice is hereby given that
The Fountain Trust Company,
Covington, Indiana, was on the 8
day of June, 1993, appointed
personal representative of the
estate of W. Ralph Sentelle,
deceased, who died on the 23rd
day of March, 1993.
All persons who have claims
against this estate, whether or
not now due, must file the claim
in he office of the clerk of this
court within five (5) months from
the date of the first publication of
this notice, or within one (1)
after the decedent's death, whi-
chever is earlier, or the claims
will be forever barred.
