Covington, Ind April 26 – In her bill for divorce against Frank Nash, filed in the circuit court of Fountain County, Mrs. Melva Nash names on “Lucile” as being responsible for the breaking up of her home. Mrs. Nash alleges that her husband was guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment and that soon after their marriage he became enarmored of “Lucile” whose last name Is unknown to the plaintiff; that after meeting “Lucile,” defendant grew cold toward plaintiff and neglected and refused to provide for her.
Ada May REED of Veedersburg has filed suit for divorce from Charles Reed. The plaintiff alleges defendant is guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment and that his faculty of jealousy is abnormally developed; that he is possessed of a violent and erratic temper which he makes no effort to control. She also alleges defendant accused plaintiff with undue intimacy with other men, all of which is without foundation and wholly false, but that she had ample proof that defendant has been intimate with other women.
Mrs. Minnie ROBERTS of Veedersburg was granted a divorce in the circuit court Monday from Hiram A. Roberts. The defendant agreed to pay his wife $550.
