of Fountain Count, Indiana.
In the matter of the estate of
Blanche E. Marr.
Notice is hereby given that
Harold Gene Layton and James
B. Wallace were on the 8th day
of June, 1993, appointed as Joint
Personal Representatives with
the will annexed of the estate of
Blanche E. Marr, deceased, who
died on May 31, 1993.
All persons having claims
against said estate, whether or
not now due must file the same in
said court within five (5) months
from the date of the first publica-
tion of this notice or within one
(1) year after the decedent's
death, whichever is earlier, or
said claims will be forever
barred.
