Estate No. 23C01-9304-ES-30
In the Circuit Court of Foun-
tain County, Indiana.
Notice is hereby given that
Lafayette Bank and Trust Com-
pany was, on the 8th day of April,
1993, appointed Administrator
with the will annexed upon the
estate of Genevieve M. Lemper,
deceased, who died on the 19th
day of March, 1993.
All persons who have claims
against this estate, whether or
not now due, mus file the claim
in the office of the clerk of this
court within five (5) months from
the date of the first publication of
this notice, or within one (1)year
after the decedent's death, whi-
chever is earlier, or the claims
will be forever barred.

PERSONS INTESTED
IN THE ESTATE OF
GENEVIEVE M. LEMPER
In the mater of the estate of
Genevieve M. Lemper, de-
ceased, NUMBER 23C01-9304-
ES-30.
Notice is hereby given that on
the 21 day of October, 1994,
Lafayette Bank and Trust Com-
pany, as Administrator with the
Will Annexed of the above-
named estate, filed it's final ac-
count in the final settlement of
said estate.  The date of hearing
on such final account is set for
the 18 day of November, 1994.
An heir or interested person
who determines to object to
said final account must make
their objection in writing and
show cause why said final ac-
count should not be approved
on or before the dat of hearing
hereinabove set out.  It will not
be necessary for any party to
appear unless they wish to
make objections to the final ac-
count.  If not objections are
filed, the final account will be
approved as filed and distribu-
tion ordered.
