Notice is hereby given that
Frederick M. Landis was on the
15th day of April, 1993 appointed
executor of the estate of Lois M.
Landis, deceased, tho died on
the 31st day of March, 1993 and
is authorized to administer said
estate without court supervision.
All persons having claims
against said estate, whether or
not now due must file the claim in
the office of the clerk of this court
within five (4) months from the
date of the first publication of this
notice, or within one (1) year
after the decedent's death, whi-
chever is earlier, or the claims
will be forever barred.
