Another mismated Attica couple is seeking a divorce in Fountain circuit court, Goldie Johnson against David Johnson. The plaintiff says they were married July 19, 1919 that on Dec 28, 1921 the defendant willfully abandoned her. Plaintiff claims the defendant not a fit person to have the care and custody of their child and on the grounds of abandonment and nonsupport she asks a decree of absolute divorce, custody of the child and that the defendant be caused to make a reasonable provision for the support of the child. - transcribed by kbz
