tin and Margaret J. Swank were
on the 7th day of March, 1994,
appointed the personal repre-
sentatives of the estate of Nell
B. Johnson, deceased, who
died on or about the 26th day of
February, 1994.
All persons having claims
against said estate, whether or
not now due, must file the claim
in the office of the clerk of this
court within five. (5) months
from the date of the first publi-
cation of this notice, or within
one (1) year after the deced-
ent's death, whichever is earli-
er, or the claims will be forever
barred.
