Wilbur Swanson and Ralph
Swanson were on the 9 day of
February, 1994, appointed the
co-personal representative of
the estate of Axel B. Johnson,
deceased, who died on or
about the 12th day of January,
1994.
All persons having claims
against said estate, whether or
not now due, must file the claim
in the office of the clerk of this
court within five (5) months
from the date of the first publi-
cation of this notice, or within
one (1) year after the deced-
ent's death, whichever is earli-
er, or the claims will be forever
barred.
