Preliminary hearing was held in the divorce case of Florence Herschberger against Earl Herschberger Attica barber to fix the amount of allowance for the plaintiff. Religious beliefs and more worldly subjects were freely discussed by the parties, the argument becoming noisy until quelled by the court. The plaintiff was granted an allowance of $25 for attorney’s fees and $5 per week for support until further order of the court.
