Lucile Crosley, through her attorney, Wilbur D. Smith, has filed suit for divorce in Fountain circuit court from Ralph Crosley, Attica druggist. Mrs. Crosley asks custody of their son, now seven years old, and she charges cruelty. She is maintaining a residence in an apartment at the Wilbur Huff home on Brady Street. Mr. Crosley, through his attorneys, McCabe and McCabe of Williamsport has filed a cross-complain, charging assault by Mrs. Crosley. - transcribed by kbz
