This is the autograph book of Chester Monroe Simmons of Rob Roy/Attica. His brother Charles was married to Maria Marlatt Simmons, sister of Newman Marlatt.
Their father was a B.F. Simmons (1832 - 1905) and he must have ran a store somewhere because I've seen an old photo of it with I'm assuming himself posing.
