Maggie A. Carter has filed suit in the circuit court for divorce from Joseph M. Carter. The complaint states that they were married Aug 15, 1916 and separated Aug 15, 1927. She asks for a decree of absolute divorce on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment.
