The divorce suit of Celestine Smith Cain against Martin Ray Cain of this city was heard by the Covington court on Saturday and the plaintiff was granted a divorce. The defendant did not appear in court. The court also ordered the maiden name of Celestine Smith restored to the plaintiff.
