Frank L. Bridges, adjutant general of Indiana has made public the program for the annual rifle competitions to be held this year at Ft. Benjamin Harrison commencing July 13, and continuing for a period not to exceed ten days. Regimental competition and state competition will make up the basis of the program although such matches as the Governor's match, the John Grenville Mott match, the Indiana State Rifle association matches and others are to be shot off at the same time.

Indianapolis, Jan 28 -- A message announcing the death of Lt. Colonel Robert P. Youngman discharged recently from the federalized Indiana National Guard because of ill health was received here today by Harry B. Smith, adjutant general of Indiana. The message was from Crawfordsville where Lt. Col. Youngman lived. Tuberculosis was the cause of death. Lt. Col. Youngman Fourth regiment was second in command of the former Indiana troops in Hattiesburg, Miss. He remained there until relieved from duty. His death followed shortly after he was relieved.

Crawfordsville Ind May 15 - After many weeks of hard work the executive committee or the 13th annual Grant Army encampment to be held in Crawfordsville, Wed, Thursday and Friday of next week has at last completed all the details for the big event. The official program for the encampment was just made public this morning.

Youngman of Company B, Indiana National Guard, of this city who has charge of the arrangements for the appearance here on Thursday of the encampment of 8 companies of the National Guard has announced the officers in charge.
