Official lists of Indiana’s soldiers & sailors who have died in the war are not obtainable, either at Washington or elsewhere. The following names have been compiled from a thorough examination of files or daily newspapers and if there are errors or omission it is due to the fact records in the War Department have not yet been segregated into states as to be quickly available. The war camp community service believes the hero roll herewith presented is correct

Corp. Daniel Miller, Crawfordsville died in service Jan 22, 1918

Lt. Col. Robert P. Youngman, Crawfordsville, died in service Jan 29, 1918

Maurice O’Connor, New Market, died in service April 18, 1918

Lt. Russell H. Dwiggins, Waynetown died in service April 4, 1918.
