HUNT, Harrison - wounded

Pvt Harrison T. Hunt was wounded in France on Sept 15 according to information received by his father, John T. Hunt, who lives 3 1/2 miles north of Crawfordsville. Owing to the serious illness of his mother she has not yet been informed of the fact. Pvt Hunt, who is a member of Co B 314th Engineers, entered the service last fall and was sent overseas in the spring. Only this morning a letter was received from him stating that he was at the front and that he was in good health and enjoying himself. The letter was written from 'Somewhere in France," and dated Aug 10.
