American Red Cross - Browns Valley

A Red Cross Meeting was held at Browns Valley on Tuesday night. The county secretary, Mrs. Jessie Stutesman of Crawforsville and Rev. O.S. Stewart and Rev. J.E. Stone from here met with a good number of citizens. An organization was effected with Mrs. Galey as chairman and Miss Margery Pope as secretary, and preparations were made for a canvass of members.
