Fountain Circuit Court: John Valentine Zackmire and Ruth his wife, vs. Pearl
Lee Zackmire and Kathleen, his wife; Claude Eston Zackmire and Eva, his wife;
James Luther Zackmire, and Mabel his wife and others for partition
