Covington – Judge IE Schoonover sentenced Harvey Troxell and Sylvester Garrett to the penitentiary for five to fourteen years after they had pleaded guilty to the charge of holding up Harold Parkman, night Wabash operator at Attica and stealing a sum of money from the office. --- kbz
