Suit filed by Thomas against Botts

Suit for $5,000 damages has been filed in Fountain circuit court by Harry G. Thomas and Artea S. Thomas against David Botts. The complaint alleges that Botts maliciously prosecuted the plaintiffs. The suit is the outgrowth of a replevin suit brought against the plaintiffs by Botts in Justice James A. Neal’s court. --– kbz
