Covington, Ind., Oct. 3—The Stull shooting case was concluded Friday afternoon by the jury returning a verdict sentencing George Stull Jr., to the penitentiary for two years; John Stull to the county jail for six months and to pay a fine of $12.50, and George Stull Sr., the father of the two former, to pay a small fine and costs. The Stulls were tried upon a charge of assault with intent to kill John Pearson, a saloonkeeper of Yeddo, this county, on August 24.
