The last will of Albert McNeil, well known Covington resident was admitted to probate in Fountain Circuit court. The will disposes of a large estate, valued at about $30,000 most of which consists of personal property. The entire estate is left to the widow, Elizabeth McNeil, she to have the rents and profits during her life and enough of the principal to insure her a comfortable living if the rents of the estate are not sufficient. Her funeral expenses and all inheritance taxes are to be paid out of the principal of the estate. At her death the entire principal of the estate to be equally between the brothers and sisters of the decedent that are then living subject to three special bequests names: a brother, Charles Grant McNeil, the sum of $2,000; sister, Josephine McNeil Walker, sum of $2,000 and niece, Laurel McNeil Walker, sum of $3,000. The widow is named executrix of the estate to serve without bond. She is empowered to sell or make any disposition of the property of the estate that she may see fit. The will was made on August 26 last and was witnessed by John LaTourette and WH Lykins.
